Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking my services.

By booking, you are agreeing that you have read and understood the following:

1. Date Holding

If you wish to hold a date, but have not yet chosen a package; a non refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your date.

2. Deposits and Invoices

Upon booking, 50% of the package will be taken as a non-refundable deposit (minus the above if applicable). 

The remaining 50% of the fee, plus expenses, will be invoiced to you on the day of the event. This is to be paid within 10 calendar days.

3. Cancellations By The Client

You have the right to cancel up to 1 calendar month before the booked event, however your deposit will not be returned to you.

If you cancel within 1 calendar month, or simply “ghost” me; the full amount will be payable. Failure to pay the full amount will result in legal action being taken in pursuit of the payment.

4. Cancellation By Me

If for any reason, such as sickness or unexpected leave, I am unable to fulfil your booking; your full deposit will be returned to you within 10 calendar days.

If I cancel due to inappropriate behaviour from the client, hateful or intimidating speech, or any other undisclosed objection, your deposit will not be returned.

5. Zero Tolerance

I operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination against any protected characteristic (age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage & civil partnership, pregnancy & maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation).

I will not accept bookings for venues or events that display any indication of such beliefs or behaviours.

6. Recommendations
